THE ANSWER: ANTIOXIDANTS

In order to balance the damage of the cells due to the free radicals effects, many researchers especially in health field has recognized that antioxidant is the most potential molecule to reverse the free radicals effects.

ANTIOXIDANT is the compound which has been recognized to destroy or lower the effects of free radicals by giving away one of its electron to the free radicals molecules.

ANTIOXIDANT can be found in natural plants especially vegetables and fruits.

Pigments which give the color to vegetables and fruits commonly known as ‘phytochemical’ are believed as the best source for antioxidant. Hence the suggestion why we should have from 5 up to 9 meals of vegetables and fruits everyday in our diet. However, it is a fact that in our daily life, these suggestions from the diet expertise are very hard to practice.
